There were many things told about management and leadership,
about what a good manager is and how much companies need leader.
Might be that focusing on reducing processes’ complexity I’ve started
to appreciate the meaning of the simple things. That is why the words
of Peter Drucker that “management is doing things right; Leadership
is doing the right things” seem to me the best way to express my most
important learning during this course. No matter how right you do
the things in order to exceed theory and form the couple with your
horse, that couple that would not hesitate in front of any obstacle, you
still need to do the right things even if the way you are doing it is not
perfect. I’ve started to learn from simple things and I think the course
gave me the flavour of making a difference in practice.
